I was clinical lead, working alongside a workforce specialist, for a Mental Health and Community Trust Medical Workforce project.

This was an extensive piece of work taking a data-informed approach, multiple stakeholder engagement and developing a bespoke action plan. On the back of this I was asked to lead a further review of the SAS workforce. Feedback from the Executive medical director who commissioned this work:
